How do I track my order?
You can track your order using our Track Your Order page. Simply enter your tracking number to get the latest updates on your shipment's status.
What payment methods do you accept?

🔹 We do not accept personal checks, money orders, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.
How secure is my online order?
🔒 Your security is our priority! When purchasing online, your credit card details are entered into an SSL-secure web page and encrypted. The information is sent securely to our payment provider for authorization. Catitru does not store your credit card details.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours after you place your order.
Can I use multiple discount codes in one order?
No, discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
What should I do if items are missing from my order?
If something is missing from your order, please contact us immediately at contact@catitru.shop so we can assist you.
Are there any exchange rate fees?
All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated according to the daily exchange rate set by your card issuer.
How do I change or cancel my order?
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, even after confirmation. If your order is canceled, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Cancellation Policy:
🔹 Any order canceled after being placed is subject to a 30% cancellation fee (even if it’s just a second later), as our payment processor charges us a fee.
🔹 Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order.
🔹 Tip: If you're traveling, we recommend using your residential address rather than a vacation address, as customs may delay delivery.
